Terrible construction, time delays and incompetent project developments, take HIGHWAYS $ IN Contra Costa county, the State built the by-pass in Brentwood in order to remove the traffic through Oakley, so what did these brilliant Cal Trans people do? They moved the mess in Oakley to Brentwood, some genius right? Then they did not build an off ramp west bound on 4 coming out of Brentwood to Oakley, you have to get off the freeway take Lauren or go to Hillcrest in order to get off at Main Street in Oakley, more genius!
